***I no longer use xylitol or Splenda. Please keep in mind xylitol is poisonous to dogs. I would suggest you use erythritol.
Generally, I feel I’m a pretty happy individual. Of course, I get grumpy around you know when.
I’m soo in love with guacamole that I have been eating an avocado a day for at least a week.
Well, I started getting this inner burst of extreme happiness. Oh my! It’s overwhelming. I feel so high on happiness.
I know fat is nature’s Prozac. Avocados are high in fat. I put two and two together.
I decided to do some research into this magical fruit.
I typed into Google the keyword “Avocados Mood” and this is what came up:
Basically to sum up what all these articles say:
I’m feeling pretty darn happy because avocados are dopamine-enhancing foods (like chocolate), they contain omega fatty acids 3 which is another mood enhancer.
I’ve been eating a whole avocado every day so I’m giving my body a lot of happiness chemicals!
Here’s a cute and simple recipe that will also make you happy!!!
Keto Chocolate Pudding Recipe
· 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa
· 1 tbsp of sweetener of choice (I used xylitol)
· ¼ cup of full fat coconut milk (Aroy-D brand)

How to Make Keto Chocolate Pudding
- In a bowl mix cocoa powder, sweetener, and coconut milk together until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter.
- Gobble it up!
