- frozen corn
- dry ranch seasoning
- cream cheese
- bacon
- cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
How to Make Crockpot Corn with Cream Cheese
Step 1: Add the Corn. Dump the corn into the Crockpot, and spread it into an even layer.
Step 2. Add the Seasoning. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the frozen corn.
Step 3: Add the Cream Cheese. Cut the cream cheese into cubes, and scatter on top of the ranch seasoning.
Step 4: Turn up the Heat. Turn the Crockpot to high, and cook for over an hour.
Step 5: Add the Bacon. Stir in the cooked diced bacon and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Add the Cheddar Cheese. Sprinkle the cheese all over the mixture. Cook for a few more minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Step 7: Stir to Combine. Stir to mix everything together, then serve warm.
How to Store Cream Cheese Corn
Store the leftover corn casserole with bacon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat in a saucepan or Crockpot until heated through.

Crockpot Corn with Cream Cheese
Crockpot corn with cream cheese has sweet corn kernels simmered in a creamy, indulgent mixture of cream cheese and ranch seasoning, then topped with savory cheddar cheese and crispy bacon.
Ingredients
- 32 oz bag frozen corn
- 1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 6 slices bacon, chopped into 1/2 inch slices and cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Dump the frozen corn into the Crockpot, and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and cream cheese cubes all over the frozen corn.
- Turn the Crockpot to high, and cook for 1.5 hours.
- After 1.5 hours, stir the Crockpot mixture, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese all over the mixture, top with bacon, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 additional minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Stir to combine everything, then serve warm.
