Gluten Free Corn Dog Muffins Ingredients
- yellow cornmeal
- all-purpose gluten free flour
- cane sugar or preferred sweetener
- baking powder
- sea salt
- milk or dairy free milk
- a large egg
- olive oil or coconut oil
- a few hot dogs
How to Make Gluten Free Corn Dog Muffins
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a mini muffin pan and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cornmeal, gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk the ingredients together.
Add the milk, egg, and oil to your dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the corn dog batter into each mini muffin cup.
Press one piece of hot dog into each filled muffin cup.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all purpose gluten free flour
- 2 tbsp cane sugar (or preferred sweetener)
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 cup milk or dairy free milk
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup olive oil or coconut oil
- 8 hot dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
