Ancestral Health Symposium 2012! Day 2 (Officially)

Sorry I didn’t post yesterday! Yesterday was sooo busy. I saw Robb Wolf, Jimmy Moore, Mark Sisson (Mark’s Daily Apple), Diane from Balanced Bites, Dallas & Melissa (Whole9), Bill & Hayley from Make it Paleo, George from the Civilized Cavemen, Dana Carpender (Hold The Toast), Nom Nom Paleo, Terry Walhs, and Andreas Eenfeldt (The Diet Doctor) and yes he is that freakishly tall in real life!
Today, I didn’t enjoy the sessions as much. I felt that all the talks were basically on topics I already knew about. I expected more cutting edge science and less stuff about “safe starches”. I’m meeting lots of people. I’m amazed that Mark Sisson and Robb Wolf sit in the chairs and listen to the speakers just like the rest of us. There is no VIP section for them. It’s really neat how laid back they are.
P.S. Mark Sisson has a really buff body!
Enjoy,
P.P.S. I had to whisper in the video because Lindsay was trying to sleep. If you want minute-by-minute conference updates follow Lindsay on Twitter at @gone2croatan Posts are tagged #AHS12.
