Chocolate Coconut Squares
Today I’m guest posting on The Coconut Mama! She loves all things coconut and so do I which makes her awesome in my books! Tiffany, (aka The Coconut Mama), just had a baby and needed some extra guest posts while she enjoys time with her newborn. I shared a recipe I made specifically for her fans.
Chocolate coconut squares are similar to a coconut macaroon except this filling has extra egg whites that turns the texture into more of a cake like texture topped with a yummy chocolate icing. The recipe is easy to make and budget-friendly because making grain free treats can be really expensive! Click here to see the recipe for Chocolate Coconut Squares on The Coconut Mama’s site.
Enjoy,
