How to Make a Sub in a Tub
This chopped salad is extremely easy to make. You can either use a vegetable chopper with a box attachment or chop everything with a good knife and a cutting board.
- Place a few lettuce leaves at a time in your vegetable chopper and press down.
- Next, place the deli meat in the vegetable chopper.
- Add the sliced cheese to the vegetable chopper.
- Finish by chopping the vegetables you want like tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper… All of the vegetables should be sliced before adding them to the vegetable chopper.
- Remove the chopper attachment, pour in your condiments, and stir the salad using a fork to evenly mix the salad with the condiments. Eat the salad in the box or pour it into a salad bowl.
