This recipe makes plenty for a huge gathering but you can always adjust it for the size of ham you are baking.

1 liter sweetened apple juice
1 liter water
2 cups white sugar
⅔ cup yellow mustard
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp crushed cloves
¼ cup cornstarch
How to Make Sauce for Ham
- Pour all ingredients into a 3-quart pot, constantly stir and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes, stirring often or continue cooking until desired thickness.
