  3. These tasted delicious! My only question is that the dough was too crumbly to work with even following your directions to a tee. Were the egg yolks supposed to be added in at some point?

  4. Can these be baked in the oven? I try not to use the microwave. Thanks!

I’m sorry but when you ask questions on this page about a recipe I don’t know what recipe you are referring to. The recipes that are shown are rotated and never static. I’m going to assume you are asking about the 1 minute flourless chocolate cupcakes. Yes, of course they can be baked in an oven. I have never tested it so you will need to figure out the baking times yourself.

    Hello,

I am so excited that I’ve come across your website! I have to eat low carb and grain free for medical reasons and your recipes look great. Unfortunately, I can not have sugar either. Can stevia be substituted in your recipes? A suggestion: It would be really helpful if you would do a nutrient breakdown at the end of each low carb recipe so everyone would know what the carbs are per serving.

I’m looking forward to your hardcover book. I’ll keep an eye out for it on Amazon.

    Thanks.

I used to do a breakdown but instead of people appreciating it they complained that the breakdown must be wrong because the fat and calories are too high etc. I would encourage you to use fatsecret.com and find out the breakdown for yourself. Don’t be discouraged because a recipe has raw honey in it. I use very little raw honey and it usually results in 1 tsp per serving or less. You can use stevia but the recipe might not work out the same.

Yum thank you! Stuff I bake usually doesn’t turn out well but this was nice and fluffy, like a real cake. Next time I will add a little more honey but I enjoyed this with a cup of coffee. I will be making this again and again, so easy! :)
