Do I have to do anything to receive energy healing?
You only need to sign up and set the intention to receive the energy healing. Energy healing is done on Mondays and Thursdays. No need to attend any calls or meetings. Energy healing is done using the long distance technique.
How will I feel after a session?
Some people feel happier, less physical pain, more calm, and some people might have some painful memories resurface to process. These memories are coming up to be released so you can feel more joy. Sometimes people experience a little bit of diarrhea or sleepiness because your physical body is releasing stored energy. For legal and ethical reasons I make no promises that you will be healed of any ailment. See the Energy Healing Circle as something that might help you feel better since your energy will be flowing better because you are receiving regular energy healing sessions. I always ask clients and members to work with their doctor.
How do I cancel my membership?

Will you teach me anything about energy healing?
I always love to include tips in my emails after the session that tell you how to use a specific crystal or essential oil to support the energy healing performed.
What's the difference between group energy healing and private sessions?
For group energy healing I work on the whole group's energy. It's very powerful. Just because it's a group doesn't mean it is diluted. When I perform a private session I work only on the specific needs of the client.
