*I store my fruits & vegetables in Debbie Meyer GreenBags (those green bags seen on info commercials). The bags actually do keep your produce fresh for an extended amount of time.

*I cut back on the amount of dairy I eat. I often use Aroy-D full fat coconut milk in place of heavy cream, coconut cream (the cream that rises to the top when you refrigerate coconut milk) instead of sour cream/cream cheese if a recipe calls for.
Salad Dressing
- Extra olive with a sprinkle of salt & pepper
