Another good blog to add to your list of Yummy Food Blogs is http://www.affairsofliving.com. As the description on the site says, “Unless otherwise noted, all recipes on this blog are free of gluten, peanuts, soy, corn, tomatoes, potatoes, shellfish, cane sugar, oranges, and yeast. Most recipes are also free of egg, dairy, and tree nuts.”
This site might be helpful for those with severe restrictions.

Love this website! I am writing my dissertation for university on integrating more gluten, wheat and dairy free food produce into the food and convenience market. It would be great if you could complete my survey! The link is: http://www.smart-survey.co.uk/s/72775XGTBC

What are your thoughts on the current availability of gluten, wheat and dairy free food produce for ‘food on the go’? What would you like to see in the future? thanks!
